Shipping policy

International free shipping: for deliveries outside Italy, shipping is free on orders of at least EUR 800 in shipping zones priced in euros, or USD 800 in shipping zones priced in US dollars. The threshold applies to the merchandise amount used at checkout, excluding shipping charges and any import duties. Free shipping is available only for carts containing full-price items: if the cart contains even one item from our sale collections, including a mixed cart, shipping remains payable regardless of the order value. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment. Shipping conditions for Italy remain unchanged. Free shipping does not include import duties or taxes payable by the recipient.

 

Orders placed on Grifo210 are shipped with DHL and UPS courier.
At the moment of shipping, a tracking number will be sent so that you can track the progress of the delivery.

Orders are fulfilled immediately after the availability of the item and the payment have been verified.
In case of mistakes, the amount charged can be refunded. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days to Italy and within 2-5 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the delivery zone and the time at which the order has been placed or payment received.

The goods will arrive directly at the place indicated and for deliveries to European Union member states do not have to pay anything in addition to the amount paid at the time of the order, while shipments to countries outside Europe, the courier might come with a separate invoice which requires the payment of duties and taxes charged by local authorities.
